A trade licence is required to open a business in Dubai that deals in the purchasing and selling of goods. This licence may apply to businesses involved in sales, general retail, import/export, etc. It provides the greatest degree of independence and flexibility for running a firm.
● Industrial License
Businesses that engage in manufacturing processes that turn raw materials and resources from natural materials into finished goods are granted this sort of license. This licence applies to businesses that manufacture precious metals and gold.

Visas are typically issued in three to five working days after being processed through the DMCC's online portal.
Any Taxable Supply rendered by DMCC to you in the UAE will be subject to 5% VAT, which will be charged by DMCC in addition to the cost of the supply.
DMCC requires all member companies (subsidiaries, branches, joint ventures) to prove that their parent company is still in good standing every two years.
